I don't see an option to pay with Google Checkout. Where is it?

To use google checkout, you will need to choose the Google Checkout button on the "View Cart" page. You will not see it if you choose the grey "Checkout" button on that page.

Do I have to sign up for an account to order?

You do not have to create an account profile to order. To order anonymously:
1. Choose "Click here to register" when checking out.
2. Fill out your billing and shipping information but do not fill out the name and password prompts at the bottom of the form.
3. Continue checkout out as usual.

How do I see shipping fees?

Shipping is based on location. To see shipping fees:
1. Choose "View cart"
2. Choose "Check out"
3. Choose "Click here to register"
4. Fill out the form. You do not need to create a user name or password if you do not wish to. 5. Choose Submit. You will see a page with your shipping options. Please note that Media Mail only applies to CDs and Books.
6. To continue shopping, choose "home" on the upper right side of the screen. To purchase the items in your cart, choose 'Continue' at the bottom of the screen.

Paypal is giving me an error. What should I do?

If Paypal express checkout is not working, try logging out and logging back in and ordering again. This should fix the problem. If it still isn't working, please email us and we will send you a manual invoice through Paypal to pay with.

Do you offer gift certificates? How do they work?

Yes, we do offer gift certificates. To purchase a gift certificate, choose the "Gift Certificates" link under "Specials" on the right menu. Fill out the required information and choose "add gift certificate to cart". Then check out as usual. Your gift certificate ID will be emailed to the email address you provide.

To redeem a gift certificate, follow these instructions (which are also included in the email):

1) Go to our site
2) Add to cart any products.
3) Follow to "Checkout" section.
4) Enter your personal details.
5) Select "Gift Certificate" as payment method.
6) Enter your Gift Certificate ID and click the "Submit" button.
