Shipping

*Effective during the holiday season, if an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will be refunding the out of stock item and shipping the rest of the order.

All orders are shipped with USPS (United States Postal Service). Currently, we offer First Class, Parcel Post, Priority and EMS options for packages shipped within the US.

International orders are shipped airmail. Services used are First Class International, Priority International or EMS.

Shipping prices are based on weight. See rates at the USPS website, USPS.com.

Tracking numbers are placed on Priority Mail and EMS packages only.

Sales Tax

All orders from Illinois will be charged 8.5% sales tax.

Return Policy:

We accept returns on unopened items if you notify us within 72 hours of receiving the package (3 days). Please note that we are not responsible for shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error on our part. Refunds are issued once the item in question is received. Refunds will not be issued for returned packages lost or damaged in shipping.

Loss or Damaged Packages:

USPS allows us to file for lost packages 30 days after that package is shipped. Please report damaged items immediately to orders@animestuffstore.com and include a picture of the damaged product.

Gift Certificates

Any unused balance will remain in the recipient's Gift Certificate account until depleted.
If the amount of the order exceeds the amount remaining on the Gift Certificate, the recipient will be required to pay for the balance.
Multiple gift certificates cannot be redeemed on a single purchase.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date or maintenance fee.
AnimeStuffStore.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Certificate codes.
