*Effective during the holiday season, if an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will be refunding the out of stock item and shipping the rest of the order.
All orders are shipped with USPS (United States Postal Service) by default. Depending on the size and weight of the package, we may switch the shipment to UPS Ground for better service.
International orders are shipped airmail. Services used are First Class International, Priority International or EMS.
Shipping prices are based on weight. See rates at the USPS website, USPS.com.
Curbside pickup is available for customers interested in visiting our store in Plainfield, IL.
Tracking numbers are included with all orders. If you do not receive an automated email with your tracking number, please email us at email@example.com and we will provide it. If you register for an account on the site, you can view all your orders.
PreOrders and Shipping Soon
All PreOrder and Shipping Soon items are final and non-refundable. However, if an item cannot be obtained from the distributor, we will refund the order. If you happen to move before an order is ready to ship, please contact us to update your address. If you do not provide us with an update, we are not responsible for packages sent to old addresses.
Because PreOrder periods may last longer than 1 year, it's the Buyer's responsibility to use an email address that will be checked regularly. Shipment notifications and questions about orders will be sent through email.
If Curbside Pickup is selected, the item will be held at the store until you are ready to pick up. We do not offer free shipping; if an item needs to be shipped, we will invoice you for shipment. Failure to pick up your item or to make special arrangements will mean forfeiting the item. We will issue store credit for the item price.

All orders from Illinois will be charged 8.5% sales tax.
We are no longer accepting orders by money order. If you have difficulty ordering from our website, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

We accept returns on unopened items if you notify us within 72 hours of receiving the package (3 days). Please note that we are not responsible for shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error on our part. Refunds are issued once the item in question is received. Refunds will not be issued for returned packages lost or damaged in shipping.
We do not accept returns on wigs that have been tried on or worn even if they do not fit. Please write to us first if you have a question about fit.
Loss or Damaged Packages:
USPS allows us to file for lost or damaged package 30 days after that package is shipped. Please report damaged items immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org and include a picture of the damaged product.
Any unused balance will remain in the recipient's Gift Certificate account until depleted.
If the amount of the order exceeds the amount remaining on the Gift Certificate, the recipient will be required to pay for the balance.
Multiple gift certificates cannot be redeemed on a single purchase.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed in the Plainfield store. (And gift cards from the store cannot be used online)
Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date or maintenance fee.
